If you are new to our Intranets, we require that you comply with out terms of use, shown below.

We want you to enjoy your Intranet community and experience, and we know you will!

But first, please understand that we must make you aware of a few simple rules of use, so that order is maintained in the community...

1) Of course, the usual types of inappropriate postings are not permitted. That includes pornography, vulgarity, racism, profanity, slander, libel, harassment, or promotion of illegal acts. We expect members to maintain adult decorum.

2) By posting photos and documents, you are stating that the postings are your own property, and that you have full rights to make the posting. Copyright violations are not permitted, and are a violation of law. It is best to post only photos of your own models, that you have taken yourself, or been granted full ownership by the photographer. For photos of models that are not your own, please obtain the permission of modelbuilder, and state "posted with the permision of (modelbuilder's name)" at the end of all documentation. For photos taken by someone other than yourself, please state "Photo by (photographers name) with publication rights granted to (your name)".

3) Please do not abuse the Intranet. This inlcudes excessive self-promotion of business, self, or opinion.

4) Intranets are a service of Intranets.com. Members agree to hold harmless Scale Sports, The Model Car Hub, it's advertisers, agents, administrators, emplyees, and associates, and Intranets.com from any and all damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from the use of Intranets.com services. Members who buy or sell products through Intanets are doing so soley and entirely at their own risk, and should investigate who they are dealing with thoroughly.

5) Intranets are real-time, online communities. By design, participation in Intranets implies participation in real time, and participants must realize and accept that posting that violate the above rules may occasionally occur. Members are expected to notify administrators of abuses immediately. We will do what we can, as soon as reasonably possible, to remove violations and violators.

6) All judgements of the above rules are subject to the sole discretion of the designated administrators of each Intranet. Administrators have the ablity to delete any postings they find objectionable for any reason, and may send warning messages to members who violate the rules, and cancel memberships of abusive members.

7) Currently, membership in Intranets is open to other group members. This is similar to postings on a discussion board. In an upcoming upgrade, scheduled for March, Intranets is planning to allow individual members to the opportunity to change their member status to "unpublished". Intranets.com does not share your personal information or use it for promotion in any way. You may see their privacy policy here.

8) As a member of one of our Intranets, you agreee that the Model Car Hub may need to contact you occasionally for purposes of group management and updates.
