| Chevrolet Nomad Concept - Teal (Yat Ming) 1/18 Diecast Model Car The Chevy Nomad is one of two concept cars designed to exploit the small, rear-wheel-drive Kappa architecture. It draws quite a bit of its inspiration from the 1954 Motorama Nomad concept vehicle, arguably one of the first crossover vehicles, it was a cross between a sports car and a wagon. The Nomad has the grille of a classic Corvette. The seating configuration is 2+2. It has 4-wheel-independent suspension and powers the rear wheels with a turbocharged 2.0-liter Ecotec four-cylinder. The interior features black leather with blue-gray perforated nubuck inserts on the seats, center armrest and door panels. Aluminum figures prominently on the controls and gear selector. The bottom of three steering-wheel spokes is aluminum, and a panel spanning the entire dashboard is also real aluminum etched with faint Chevy bowtie logos.
